Role Overview
The Grade 11 System Engineering Specialist Advisor – SCCM/Intune & Team Lead is a practice-defining senior role within NTT DATA's Enterprise Endpoint Management (EPM) team. This individual serves as the primary technical authority for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune deployments across enterprise client accounts, while simultaneously owning team leadership, mentoring, and capability development for a multi-grade delivery team. The role demands deep hands-on mastery of both platforms combined with the strategic advisory skill to translate complex endpoint challenges into scalable, governed, and commercially sound solutions.
