Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to deliver project within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare technical documentation, including detailed design document, deployment plan, migration plan, user manual, and customer workshop presentation.
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security System (ISS), including Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS).
- Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deploy, administer, and support enterprise platform and technologies, including:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Active Directory (AD)
- Microsoft SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance, Always on High Availability
- Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent Networking
- Fortinet and PA firewalls
- Endpoint security solutions
