Job Description
Requirement:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing Windows servers (2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange (2019 and online); skilled in VMware vSphere (8.x), ESXi, and server hardware management (Dell, Lenovo).
- System Administration: Responsible for routine administration tasks, including server monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vulnerability assessments in a Windows Active Directory environment.
- Documentation & Training: Produce and maintain documentation for server configurations and processes; provide training and technical support to L1 engineers.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage of critical systems and issues, ensuring efficient resolution of customer problems.
- Project Implementation: Experience in enterprise-level project implementation and support; must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
