Job Description
As a System Analyst Consultant, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of software systems, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. You will be part of an Agile team responsible for products used by financial industry stakeholders and client officers to support financial supervision functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services;
- Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services;
- Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met;
- Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
