Job Description
The role contributes by designing, operating, securing, and continuously improving
enterprise Information Technology (IT) systems that support critical business
operations, cybersecurity resilience, and service continuity.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience managing enterprise on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Experience with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management
- Exposure to information security, compliance, and governance frameworks (ISO 27001 preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HPE servers, storage platforms, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
