Responsibilities Configure, upgrade, administer, monitor, and maintain software, hardware, and associated utility software products for a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Organize software installations and upgrades to systems in support of business processing requirements and service level agreements. Authorize and monitor access to phones, computers, and infrastructure in accordance with established organizational policy; investigate unauthorized access and perform security-related administrative duties. Ensure maximum uptime and reliable service delivery for systems and environments. Coordinate with service providers as necessary (e.g., ISP, cell phone, printer providers) as part of maintaining the WMS and related infrastructure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
