System Administrator (On-Premises Infrastructure)

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with strong expertise in VMware, Sangfor, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our on-premises IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. This role does not require cloud experience and is focused exclusively on physical and virtualized environments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• VMware Administration
• Manage and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Perform VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization infrastructure.
• Sangfor Solutions
• Configure, manage, and support Sangfor firewall, VPN, and security appliances.
