Job Description
What You Will Do:
- As a System Administrator Level 2 at Independent Software, you will provide advanced support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems supporting mission-critical operations.
- You will manage and optimize system infrastructure, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and operating at peak performance.
- You will take a more active role in system administration activities, including in-depth troubleshooting, performance optimization, and supporting escalated issues.
- You will work closely with users, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient system operations and continuous improvement.
