You will oversee the configuration and administration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our user community. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing end-to-end administration, configuration, implementation, and maintenance to support OIT operations. You will leverage your IT expertise to integrate systems, support business processes, and ensure that our ServiceNow environment is optimized, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
