Key Tasks

• Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
• Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting;
  providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
• Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes
