Job Description
Qualification
- Matric Certificate with Maths (Maths Literacy is not sufficient)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least Ten (10) years' experience with at least five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a large-scale ERP implementation, preferably with SYSPRO
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors and complex, cross-functional projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
