We're currently recruiting a dedicated Switchboard Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part‑time basis, contracted to 32 hours per week.

Shift patterns will be 4 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone calls for a busy hospital in a healthcare environment.
• Dealing with emergency calls on behalf of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with emergency scenarios and follow procedures accurately.
