Job Description
SiTime in Ipoh is seeking a Manager of Sustaining Test Engineering to lead the sustaining team, set priorities and drive qualification buy-off for mass production. You will guide test program improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform data analysis to ensure line efficiency.
You will also lead diagnostics, provide remote debugging, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize lines-down and optimize testing flows.
