Sustaining Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving existing products through engineering design, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures product performance, reliability, and compliance by managing engineering changes, clarifying technical requirements, and supporting production and new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support product designs using best practices such as DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes, including phase reviews and validation planning.
• Manage engineering changes, including drawings, documentation, feasibility analysis, and system tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and implementation of design changes and product deviations.
• Clarify technical requirements related to materials, product design, specifications (ISO, IMDS, RoHS), and certifications (UL,...
