Enhance medical device functionality as a Sustaining Engineer with Intellijoint. Collaborate with diverse teams to uphold quality and regulatory standards while addressing technical challenges.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and requires in-depth mechanical and software engineering skills alongside a methodical approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency by collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Focus on continuous improvement through analysis of field data and supplier interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with suppliers to manage technical challenges
• Analyze market surveillance data to pinpoint issues
• Perform supplier evaluations for consistent quality
• Conduct equipment qualifications for asset calibration
