Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor (Social Housing)
Pay Rate: £35.00 – £45.00 per hour (Umbrella / CIS depending on preference)
Contract Length: 6-Month Minimum Contract (Long-term programme)
Mandatory Compliance: Valid CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness certificate
Sector: Social Housing – Asset Management & Property Compliance
