Job Description
Take charge as a Surveying Leader in Open Pit operations with Agnico Eagle. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and fieldwork to achieve top-tier surveying results.
As a direct report to the Engineering Supervisor, you will supervise and mentor the surface survey team while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. With a college-level diploma and five years of mining-related surveying experience, you’ll lead daily operations and optimize team performance. You will also conduct audits and collaborate in budgeting while maintaining effective communication across departments.
