A respected Maryland-based civil engineering firm is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to support our land surveying and site development teams. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments throughout the region.


Position Overview
The Survey CAD Technician will prepare accurate survey drawings and base maps using field data, supporting boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.


Responsibilities 🧭

  • Prepare survey plats, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

  • Draft existing conditions plans and base maps for engineering design

  • Process field data from GPS and conventional survey equipment
