Neurosurgery First Assist - Surgery Only 25-30 Hours/Week $130k-$155k Guaranteed + Quarterly Bonuses Phoenix, AZ
Run the math: $130,000 to $155,000 guaranteed for 25 to 30 hours per week is roughly $95 to $110 per hour, the full-time-equivalent of a $190k+ position, with no call, weekends, clinic, rounding, or orders.
A leading neurosurgical group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a PA or NP/RNFA for a full-time neurosurgery first assist opportunity. This is a quality of life position for an experienced PA or NP/RNFA: first assisting in surgery ONLY.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, no call or weekends ever. Elective cases only. There will be days where you are done before 2pm.
- Responsibilities: First assisting in neurosurgery/spine cases. No clinic, orders, or rounding.
