Overview

From March through to November, our Surf Houses in San Sebastian, Spain and Santa Cruz, Portugal host a revolving door of characters from all walks of life – kooks, beach bums, yogis, sesh gremlins, shredders – all looking for a good time along iconic coastlines. Our crew is what keeps guests returning, extending their stay, or volunteering themselves.

• General roles including cleaning, stocking, and entertaining guests while sharing how to crack a walnut as a Basque tradition in exchange for board, 3 meals a day, and bottomless beverages
