We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh . This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Surety Assistant Supervisor provides day‑to‑day coaching for managers and non‑managers to ensure a productive and engaged team, including managing resource planning and monitoring workflows. He or she builds relationships with internal and external business partners, working alongside business leaders to provide centralized servicing with transparency and accountability across the client delivery lifecycle.
