Surety Account Manager

This position will hold complete responsibility for issuance/administration of contract surety bonds for commercial clients; provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and insurance companies.

Location:

London office located at 503 York St, London, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for issuing requested contract surety bonds on a daily basis
• Request financial updates from clients and submit same to insurance companies
• Invoice final bond premiums and annual administration fees
• Process renewable bonds and changes as required
• Assist with Accounts Receivable collection
• Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of suspense systems
• Provide backup for other Commercial Account Managers, as required
• Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations
• Other duties and special projects, as required.
