37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, typically between 9am – 5pm)

We’re looking for a compassionate, resilient Supported Housing Worker to join our Lancashire Dispersed Housing service, supporting young people to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future.
About the role
Lancashire Dispersed Housing is an OFSTED-regulated service, delivering supported accommodation across Central and North Lancashire.
