We are thrilled to be advertising for Support Workers to join Ty Gwerthfawr (Precious House), our brand-new residential service in the beautiful town of Pontardawe, opening in March this year. With 12 ground-floor flats, including 10 wheelchair-accessible units, Ty Gwerthfawr is designed with a flat-based model of care that focuses on creating a supportive, person-centered environment for adults with complex needs.

Our vision for Ty Gwerthfawr is to provide a nurturing, adaptable environment that caters to individuals with mobility challenges, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and associated conditions. We’re committed to supporting people in a space that fosters independence while also offering the care and assistance they need.
