Job Advertisement: Support Worker
Location: Hatfield
Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our site is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 8 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
Ability to work effectively within a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
Indate and Clean DBS
