Job Role:

Support Worker 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PMVA Trained – Essential

  • 3 years in the UK – Essential

  • 6 months experience as a support worker – Essential

  • 3 years of references – Essential

  • Full UK driving license – Essential

  • Excellent work ethic – Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People – Desirable

  • Children’s residential support – Desirable

    • JOB ROLE:


  • Work within the residential care staff team to support and supervise young people with challenging behaviour




  • Ensure the safety of the young people at all times




  • Follow the policies and procedures of the company




  • Provide support where a young person’s placement has collapsed. The role can vary weekly depending on the young person’s needs.
