About the role
You will join an established, welcoming team in Llanmorlais, Swansea, supporting two individuals, M and P, to live full and meaningful lives in their beautiful home near the Loughor estuary. The setting is ideal for an active and balanced lifestyle, with scenic walks, local shops and pubs nearby.
You will develop strong relationships – each client has their own personality, interests and support needs. You will give your time to understand M and P as individuals, providing empathy, resilience and a positive approach to create a calm, supportive environment in which they feel safe, understood and valued every day.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure support is consistent, respectful and person‑centred.
