We don’t follow a one‑size‑fits‑all approach to care. As a Support Worker, you won’t just meet young people’s needs – you’ll become their role model, coach and mentor. You’ll be someone who leads by example, knows how to de‑escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.

Requirements for our Support Workers

• Patient, resilient and emotionally aware
• Willing to learn and grow
• Committed to making a difference, even on the tough days
• Able to see beyond behaviour and understand the “why” behind it
• Flexibility to work and travel across the North East
• Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
