As aat Valmet, you will be part of our Field Services team and apply your skills and experiences to support the performance of the large-scale manufacturing equipment specializing in resolving product related issues for our customers. You'll be tasked with managing and scheduling the coverage and implementation of our 24/7/365 call center. The ability to collaborate with colleagues both in North America and globally to develop plans for resolving product issues, ensuring that customer performance meets quality standards.

Ability to respond and resolve product related issues.

Manages the plans in place for solution of product issues in coordination with the Project/Service Managers.

Available to support and assist sales, projects, service and engineering.
