Job Overview
World Vision, a global Christian relief organization, seeks a fixed‑term employee for the Operations Team to provide interim support for AP Antique 3. The role manages a portfolio of 17 PFAs and 3,060 sponsored children, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and preventing backlogs until full operational efficiency is restored.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support in processing Sponsorship Correspondences in the AP (non‑database related BP).
- Support rich media volunteers during recruitment for taking Child Greeting photos (CGP) / Child Greeting videos (CGV) and assist with Child Update Photo (CUP) / Child Update Video (CUV).
- Assist in capturing outdated CGPs, CGVs and on‑hold RC.
- Maintain tracking list and assist in printing the RC Monitoring template for Procurement Officer.
