Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role,you will be a key link between our data integrity and our sales success.
You will be responsiblefor ensuring that the data entering our platform is accurate and high-quality, while directlysupporting our Sales team by managing the initial account creation process for new clients.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality & Review• Data Validation: Review and verify data from a variety of uploaded files to ensure accuracyand consistency.
• Error Correction: Identify discrepancies or missing information and perform necessarycorrections before data is finalized in the system.
