About the Role
Weโre hiring a Support Specialist Jr. to serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and guide users through HR/payroll-related systems. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role combining phone, email, and case-based support.
Youโll work in a structured, metrics-driven environment while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
