Job Description
Job Summary
Provide technical support to customers, for home-automation and electronics products. This is an office-based support role. You will not visit sites, but you will guide field installers and customers over phone, video, and chat. Strong electronics basics and fluent Hindi are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
1.Technical Support
•Assist installers with wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting over call/video.
•Diagnose hardware issues: sensors, relays, loads, power supplies, modules.
•Verify installation photos, wiring diagrams, and provide correction steps.
•Log issues clearly and escalate to R&D/QC when required.
2.Coordination & Issue Tracking
•Maintain detailed support logs, ticket status, and follow-ups.
•Ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
