Our client is an established Ottawa-based technology company developing advanced software solutions used in highly secure, mission-critical environments around the world. As their customer base continues to grow, they are looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to their close-knit team. This is NOT a traditional Help Desk or desktop support role.
