Role Overview
We are looking for a Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Regulatory Operations, IT Security, QA, Validation) to meet compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, knowledge base articles, and incident logs.
- Participate in validation testing (IQ/OQ/PQ) and periodic system reviews within GxP‑regulated environments.
- Assist in system upgrades, patch testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues, including system unavailability and data integrity issues, and propose resolutions or workarounds.
