Job Description

The Opportunity:

You will be a Support Developer within Ashurst Perkins Coie Labs, part of Advance Digital, working in cross-functional agile teams to design, build and support client-facing and internal digital solutions. The role includes a mix of day-to-day application support and development, and you will be encouraged to look for opportunities to automate and reduce the support overhead.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing application support for our key platforms and related business systems, including triaging incidents and service requests, investigating issues, and escalating complex items with clear context.
  • Monitoring application performance, integration health, data quality and recurring issues, using logs, alerts and user feedback to support troubleshooting and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Designing, developing and implementing custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
