Job Description
As the B2B owner in Supply Operations, you’ll partner with B2B leadership, Product, and Operations to ensure our tutor ecosystem supports our corporate users. You’ll own priority programs and improvements across the tutor & B2B lifecycles (e.G., owning B2B Tutor CSAT, lesson quality metrics and our flagship Corporate Tutor Program) to ensure tutors and learners have a great B2B experience at scale.
