• Engage with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure product availability for order processing.
• Process customer orders and communicate necessary information regarding delivery status.
• Consistently check and monitor vessel schedules with customer-appointed agents.
• Update all relevant details in the customer orders system.
• Plan and schedule driver routes for deliveries.
• Monitor driver utilisation to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency with a cellular phone and laptop for remote access after hours and on weekends.
