Job Description
Job Title: Supply Planner Assistant Manager
Location: Cambodia
Main Purpose of the Role
The Supply Planner Assistant Manager is responsible for owning end‑to‑end supply planning execution for assigned categories or channels to ensure high customer service, healthy inventory levels, and efficient working capital management.
The role translates demand plans into feasible and executable supply plans, proactively manages supply and inventory risks, and supports Supply inputs into the monthly S&OP / IBP process with clear data, scenarios, and follow‑up actions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Planning & Execution
+ Own short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with approved demand forecasts.
+ Translate demand into procurement / replenishment plans considering capacity, lead times, and constraints.
+ Ensure optimal stock availability to meet OTIF / Customer Fill Rate (CFR) targets.
