The Role
Academics are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad hoc supply basis in primary schools across the listed locations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils in the classroom
- Providing 1:1 or small group support
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children (school experience desirable)
- Patient, flexible, and nurturing
- Able to travel across the area
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
