Snoonu Kuwait is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our Operations family! You'll be the heartbeat of our rider network — making sure every delivery zone is covered, every rider is ready to roll, and every order finds its way to a happy customer. What You'll Get Your Hands On
- Monitor and coordinate rider availability across all delivery zones
- Support rider onboarding — from document collection to verification
- Communicate daily schedules and assignments to keep the fleet moving
- Track rider attendance, performance, and compliance
- Spot supply gaps and coverage issues and flag them to the Supply Lead before they become problems
- Keep rider records clean and up to date in our operational systems
- Help resolve rider concerns and escalate the tricky ones to the right people
