Lead and design supply chain-related activities, including but not limited to: customer service, inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in executing continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
Provide strategic guidance and formulate long-term plans to ensure optimal utilization of organizational resources in driving supply chain operations toward growth and profitability goals.
Lead the SCM team in Master Production Schedule (MPS) development, forecast planning execution, capacity setting, and safety stock (buffer program) establishment.
