Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation, this role bridges strategy, operations, and digital enablement to ensure process change creates sustained business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve end‑to‑end Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) aligned to business outcomes and transformation priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives such as growth, cost‑to‑serve reduction, and resilience into executable process designs and operating models.
- Define clear business rules, decision logic, handoffs, and controls that enable orchestration and automation.
- Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and business process management platforms such as Pega.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), and architecture teams to ensure business intent is accurately implemented.
