Job Description
The Supply Planning Specialist ensures the timely availability of products by effectively managing inventory levels and replenishment plans while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and recommend inventory replenishment plans based on business needs and demand forecasts.
- Monitor demand trends and assess forecast changes to identify potential supply risks and inventory gaps.
- Analyze historical data to anticipate stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, order quantities, and performance concerns.
- Maintain appropriate safety stock and inventory levels to support continuous operations.
- Execute allocation and delivery plans across warehouses and depots based on supply requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course; Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
