Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including sales orders, credit notes, and order tracking
- Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery in line with agreed service levels
- Coordinate closely with third‑party logistics providers (3PL) for shipments and documentation
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, issues, and complaints
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order status and delivery
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical teams
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain accurate records and manage complaints through internal systems
- Support month‑end closing activities and prepare supply chain KPI reports
- Track and drive performance metrics such as OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full) and Case Fill Rate
