Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Coordination & Procurement Support
Support the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain processes for the facility.
Coordinate supplier information, procurement documentation, quotations, purchase order follow‑ups, and delivery administration.
Collaborate with finance, project, technical, agriculture, and operations teams on procurement and supply chain requirements.
Support supplier onboarding, including company documentation, tax compliance, B-BBEE information, safety requirements, and banking details.
Support the preparation of procurement and supply chain reports for management.

Local Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Develop and maintain a structured database of local suppliers, SMMEs, plant hire providers, and service providers.
