Job Description
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Solid experience in Supply Chain and Retail processes within ERP and POS environments, ideally in large-scale or general retail organisations
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly in a Supply Chain Management and retail context
- Proven track record working in Agile / Dev Ops environments, applying design thinking and incremental delivery approaches
- Strong functional understanding of retail supply chain flows, including store operations, stock management, and product lifecycle management
- Experience with system integrations across POS, ERP, and logistics platforms, with the ability to read solution designs, flows, and API concepts
- Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation
