Job Description

- Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking and recording stock movements.
- Create documentation to support the import/export process.
- Follow up with the import/export Department and the Customs Broker on the importation of goods.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Follow up Purchase order deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve supply chain issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
