Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the manager's direction.
Job Requirements
Production control
Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output. Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime.
Delivery performance
Review the backlog and analyze the root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status. Prepare the related material and initiate the meeting to facilitate the department responsible for solving the issues. Communicate with the sales office or other TE entities in solving order change issues.
