Position Summary:

As a Senior Material Compliance Engineer , based in Hyderabad, India, you will be a key individual contributor driving global material compliance initiatives, with a deep focus on RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, EU WFD, TSCA, and Conflict Minerals Regulation . You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of formalized compliance processes, ensuring all plants and suppliers globally meet these standards. Working with cross-functional teams, you will focus on optimizing compliance strategies, handling escalations, and ensuring seamless coordination between Regal suppliers, plants, and third-party partners.
